Boudy Burger- Boudin made into a burger, topped with pepper jack cheese, Cajun slaw, remoulade, tomatoes and hand pickled jalapeños on a jalapeño cheddar bun. $9
Shrimp salad sandwich- blackened shrimp, celery, scallions, roasted corn, mix of cheeses, and cucumbers. Topped off with spring mix, tomatoes and remoulade. $9

The Mack- 5 cheese blend Mac-n-cheese on a flatbread, topped with tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, scallions, buttery Cajun seasoned crawfish and blue crab. $9
Cajun Salad- romaine tossed in house made Cajun ranch, with roasted corn, pickled okra, tomatoes, Monterey Jack, celery, red onions and croutons.

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5
Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5
