Porky Mac- slow roasted pork, grilled mac-n-cheese, tomato bacon jam, and hand pickled jalapeños on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Black and Blue-  blackened ribeye with blue cheese béchamel sauce, caramelized onions, spring mix, and drizzle of balsamic glaze on a hoagie.  $10

The Scampster- grilled shrimp on a hoagie with Parmesan, tomatoes, spring mix and scampi sauce.  $9

*All the above served with hand cut Ranch white cheddar potato chips.*

Fish tacos- beer battered fish with pineapple salsa, slaw mix and chipotle avocado creama on handmade tortilla.  3 tacos.  $9

Bacon cheeseburger salad- romaine tossed in bacon vinaigrette, topped with tomatoes, red onions, cheddar, handmade pickles, seasoned ground beef and croutons.  $8

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Strawberry shortcake egg roll topped with whipped cream.  $2
