Porky Mac-  slow roasted pork, grilled Mac-n-cheese and tomato bacon jam on a jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Stellar Blue- chicken salad sandwich with smoked chicken, blue cheese, pears, celery, grapes, scallions, bacon and walnuts.  Topped with spring mix, tomato and poppy seed drizzle on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Southern Comfort-  fried green tomatoes, handmade pimento cheese, beer bacon jam and fried egg on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

*all the above served with hand cut garlic siracha chips

Watermelon pizza-  watermelon cut into slices like a pizza, topped with basil, feta, grapes, almonds and balsamic drizzle $6

Arklaroma Drizzle-  flatbread with pesto, melted parmesan/mozzarella cheeses, tomatoes, topped off with spring mix and balsamic drizzle.  Smoked chicken $8 grilled shrimp $9

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce.  $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, corn, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions $5

Chocolate chip cookie dough egg roll with chocolate sauce drizzle.  $2
