The Teri-rific- burrito with teriyaki chicken, fresh pineapple salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, and seasoned rice.  $9

Mexican Philly- slow roasted beef, queso, sautéed onions/peppers, and hand pickled jalapeños on a hoagie.  $9

The Cuban- carnitas (slow roasted pork), grilled ham, Swiss, house made pickles, mustard, and jalapeño lime honey coleslaw on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Tacos- handmade tortillas with lettuce, queso fresco, cilantro, house pickled red onions, and avocado siracha crema.  Carnitas (pork),barbacoa beef, or vegetarian 3 for $8 Grilled shrimp 3 for $9

Elote-  seasoned mexican street corn with cilantro and Parmesan/queso fresco cheeses.  $3

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Caramel apple pie egg roll with drizzle of caramel sauce and nuts.  $2
