Menu-

Pho-rito- grilled steak, vermicelli noodles, pickled jalapeños, scallions, cilantro, house pickled carrots, cucumbers, napa cabbage and peanut sauce in a burrito with pho broth. $9
(Add fried egg $1)

Deep fried ribs drizzled with Korean BBQ sauce served on Asian slaw. $10

All the above served with fresh cut garlic sriracha potato chips*

Asian nachos- wonton chips piled with Asian slaw, cilantro, pickled jalapeños/carrots, Monterey Jack, Asian noodles, drizzles of kimchi aioli and peanut sauce. Steak or chicken $9 Shrimp $10

Korean BBQ tacos- on handmade tortilla with Asian slaw mix, cilantro, chopped peanuts and creamy sriracha lime sauce.
Chicken 3 for $9 Shrimp 3 for $10

Thai Salad- romaine tossed in peanut dressing with carrots, cucumbers, scallions, sugar snap peas, cilantro, daikon, napa cabbage, pickled jalapeños and wonton strips. Chicken $9 Shrimp $10

Asian chicken noodle soup served with fried wontons $5

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin’ rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough egg roll with chocolate sauce. $2

The Thanksgiving-  grilled smoked turkey, sausage cornbread dressing, spring mix, and cranberry pecan aioli on a ciabatta bun.  $9

The Whiskey Tango- grilled hamburger with a whiskey glaze, melted blue cheese, fried onion strings, lettuce and tomato on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Boss Hog burrito- slow roasted pork, shredded cheddar,creamy BBQ sauce, jalapeño citrus honey slaw, caramelized onions, and fried sweet potato strings in a burrito. $9

* The above served with fresh cut white cheddar chips*

The Ruby- flatbread with melted swiss, corned beef, house made sauerkraut, hand made pickles, 1000 island dressing and rye crumbles. $9
