The Full Monte Quesadilla- Monte cristo and quesadilla fusion.  Ham, turkey, house blend cheeses, mustard, and pickled jalapeños.  Sprinkled with powdered sugar.  Served with strawberry raspberry White Zinfandel jam.  $9 

Black and Blue-  blackened ribeye with blue cheese béchamel sauce, caramelized onions, spring mix, and drizzle of balsamic glaze on a hoagie.  $10 

Stella Blue-  chicken salad with smoked chicken, blue cheese, pears, grapes, celery, scallions, bacon and walnuts.  Topped with spring mix, tomatoes and poppy seed drizzle on jalapeño bun.  $9

The Bennie- Monterey Jack, ham, asparagus, tomatoes, on a flatbread with 2 fried eggs, spring mix and drizzle of hollandaise.  $8 

Bloody Mary salad- romaine tossed in Bloody Mary inspired dressing, with celery, green olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, Monterey Jack, pickled okra, red onion, bacon,and croutons.  Chicken $9  Shrimp $10

Shiner bock beer cheese soup served with 2 fried roll ups stuffed with bacon jam.  $5

Deep fried bacon strips with a beer sausage gravy for dipping.  $5

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Lemon cookie dough egg roll with blueberry drizzle.  $2
