Menu for the week

Mexican Philly- beef slow roasted in Mexican spices, queso, sautéed green peppers/onions and pickled jalapeños on hoagie. $9

The Sabroso- grilled chicken, 4 mexican cheeses, cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized chipotle onions with creamy poblano sauce in a burrito.

*All the above served with fresh taco ranch tortilla chips*

S&T nachos- chorizo, grilled shrimp, queso, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro lime rice,roasted corn, hand pickled red onions/jalapeños, piled high on top of fresh chips then drizzled with creamy salsa verde. $9

Puffy tacos- handmade tortilla fried until it ‘puffs’ up, with shredded lettuce, cilantro, queso fresco, house pickled red onions, and avocado sriracha cream sauce.
Carnitas (pork) or Barbacoa beef 3 for $9
Grilled shrimp 3 for $10

Fajita Salad- romaine tossed in homemade fiesta ranch, with roasted corn, pickled jalapeños, tomatoes, 4 mexican cheese blend, cilantro, sautéed green peppers/onions, and tortilla strips. Chicken $9 Shrimp $10

Jalapeno popper cheesy beer soup with 2 handmade taquitos stuffed with 4 cheeses. $5

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin’ rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Extra sides- Mexican street corn (not on cob) $2
