Torta- hand breaded pork tenderloin with refried bean spread, Monterey Jack, avocado, cilantro, house pickled red onions, chipotle aioli, and lettuce on a bolillo bun.  $9

Truckin’ Taco burger- seasoned ground beef, queso, fried jalapeños, tomato, candied Mexican bacon, lettuce, fried onion strings on brioche bun.  $9

Cho-rita- chorizo, fried potatoes, queso, lettuce, tomato, roasted corn and caramelized onions in a burrito.  $9

Sweet with a little spice sriracha tacos- on handmade tortilla with pineapple salsa, shredded lettuce, Monterey Jack and avocado.  Chicken 3 for $9 Shrimp 3 for $10

Southwestern salad- romaine tossed in cilantro ranch with black beans, roasted corn, tomatoes, avocado, Monterey Jack, red onion, house pickled jalapeños and tortilla strips.  Chicken $9 Shrimp $10

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin’ rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough egg roll with chocolate sauce. $2

Brownie waffle with caramel sauce, whipped cream and nuts. $3
