Hey Guys! We are excited to be back! Here’s our menu and schedule for the week.
Cuban- slow roasted pork, grilled ham, melted Swiss, house pickles, mustard, and jalapeño lime slaw on jalapeño cheddar bun. $9
Chicken BLT burrito- grilled chicken, Mexican candied bacon, lettuce, Monterey Jack, cheddar, tomatoes, sautéed onions, and poblano avocado ranch in a burrito. $9
* All the above served with fresh cut taco tortilla chips.*
S&T nachos- chorizo, grilled shrimp, queso, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, hand pickled red onions/jalapeños, piled high on top of fresh chips and drizzled with creamy salsa verde. $9
Tacos- on handmade tortilla with shredded lettuce,queso fresco, house pickled red onions, cilantro, and avocado sriracha cream sauce. Carnitas (pork), or barbacoa beef 3 for $8, shrimp 3 for $9.
Fajita salad- romaine tossed in roasted salsa verde ranch with tomatoes, cilantro, Monterey Jack, cheddar, hand pickled jalapeños, roasted corn, sautéed green peppers/onions and tortilla strips.

Elote- corn on the cob dipped in Mexican spiced butter with cilantro, Parmesan and queso fresco. $3
Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5
Smokin’ rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5
Brownie cheesecake egg roll with chocolate sauce. $2
Funfetti cake waffle with vanilla icing drizzle, whipped cream and sprinkles. $3
