Banh Mi- Vietnamese French dip, with slow braised beef, Thai basil chimichurri, Swiss cheese, hand pickled carrots/jalapeños, topped with fried egg and pho broth for dipping.  $9

The Kimmy- Asian infused roasted pork, cilantro lime rice, Asian slaw, kimchee aioli, garlic ginger sugar snap peas, and Monterey Jack in a burrito.  $9

Deep fried ribs- drizzled with Korean BBQ sauce, served on Asian slaw. $10

Korean BBQ tacos- Korean bbq on handmade tortilla with Asian slaw, cilantro, chopped peanuts and creamy sriracha lime sauce. Chicken 3 for $8  Shrimp 3 for $9

Thai salad- Romaine tossed in handmade
peanut dressing, with carrots, cucumbers, scallions, sugar snap peas, cilantro, daikon, Napa cabbage, pickled jalapeños and wonton strips.  Chicken $8  Shrimp $9

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin’ rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Chocolate chip cookie dough egg roll with chocolate sauce.  $2

Carrot cake waffle with cream cheese drizzle, walnuts and fried carrot strings.  $3

Black and Blue- blackened steak, caramelized onions, blue cheese béchamel sauce, topped with spring mix drizzled with balsamic glaze on a hoagie. $10

Porky Mac- slow roasted pork, Mac-n-Cheese, tomato bacon jam, and hand pickled jalapeños on a jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Stella Blue-  chicken salad with smoked chicken, blue cheese, pears, grapes, celery, scallions, bacon and walnuts.  Topped with spring mix, tomatoes and poppy seed drizzle on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9
