Mexican Philly-  beef slow roasted in Mexican spices, queso, sautéed green peppers/onions and hand pickled jalapeños on hoagie.  $9

The Sabroso- grilled chicken, Monterey Jack, cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, tomatoes, lettuce, caramelized chipotle onions with creamy poblano sauce in a burrito.  $9

S&T nachos- chorizo, grilled shrimp, queso, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, hand pickled red onions/jalapeños piled on top of fresh chips, and topped with creamy salsa verde sauce.  $9

Puffy tacos- handmade tortilla fried until it ‘puffs’ up, with shredded lettuce, cilantro, queso fresco, house pickled red onions, and avocado sriracha cream sauce.
