Nacho Libre- Mexican spiced meatball sub with Monterey/cheddar, tomatoes, lettuce, hand pickled jalapeños, and drizzle of chipotle cilantro creama on hoagie.  $9

The Santa Fe- Mexican chicken salad wrap with smoked chicken, corn, black beans, carrots, cilantro, red onions, Monterey/cheddar, poblano peppers, lettuce and tomatoes in a creamy avocado sauce inside jalapeño cheddar wrap.  $9

The Monterey-  carnitas (pork), chorizo, potatoes, Monterey/cheddar cheeses, caramelized onions and roasted corn in a quesadilla.  With Salsa Verde creama for dipping.  $9

Deep fried egg roll stuffed Oatmeal chocolate chip cookie dough topped with chocolate sauce. $2
