Boss Hog burrito- slow roasted pork, shredded cheddar, sassy sauce, jalapeño citrus honey coleslaw, fried sweet potato strings, and caramelized onions in a burrito.  $9

Cheeses loves you- 5 cheese grilled Mac-n-cheese, peppered candied bacon, hand pickled jalapeños, and tomatoes on sourdough.  $9

The Morton- grilled hamburger, tomato bacon jam, handmade pimento cheese, lettuce, home made pickles, topped with fried egg on brioche bun.  $9

*All the above served with fresh cut BBQ potato chips*

Arklaroma Drizzle- flatbread with pesto, melted Parmesan/Mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, spring mix and drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Spicy Caesar salad- romaine tossed in a slightly spicy Caesar dressing, with red onions, roasted tomatoes, bacon, Parmesan and croutons.  Grilled chicken $8 Grilled shrimp $9

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Deep fried egg roll stuffed with Nutella and marshmallows then topped with crushed graham cracker and chocolate sauce. $2

S&T burger- chorizo patty, grilled shrimp, queso, lettuce, tomatoes and hand pickled jalapeños on a jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

The Sabroso- grilled chicken, Monterey Jack, cilantro lime rice, roasted corn, tomatoes, lettuce and caramelized chipotle onions with creamy poblano sauce in a burrito.  $9

Puffy tacos- handmade tortillas fried until they ‘puff’ up, with shredded lettuce, queso fresco, cilantro, house pickled red onions, and avocado sriracha creama.
Carnitas (pork),barbacoa beef, or vegetarian 3 for $8.  Grilled shrimp 3 for $9

Mexi-balls- Mexican rice and black beans rolled into balls, coated with crushed tortilla chips then deep fried.  Served with queso for dipping.  $5
