The Popper-  grilled hamburger stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar and beer bacon jam on a jalapeño cheddar bun. $9

Gone Fishin’- southern fried catfish po boy, with remoulade sauce, sassy slaw, tomatoes, and fried pickled okra on French bread.  $9

The Mickey- grilled chicken, fresh spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, caramelized onions and a four white cheese sauce on a hoagie.  $9

*All the above served with hand cut Garlic Herb Ranch potato chips*

The Ruby- flatbread with melted Swiss, corned beef, handmade sauerkraut, home made pickles, 1000 dressing, and rye crumbles.  $8

Caprese salad- romaine tossed in balsamic vinaigrette, fried mozzarella, basil seasoned tomatoes, cheese tortellini, fried garlic cloves and croutons. Grilled pesto glazed chicken $8/shrimp $9

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5
