Great balls of fire- handmade meatballs in a red wine marinara, with spicy peppers, melted mozzarella/Parmesan and drizzle of pesto on hoagie.  $9

The Brasco- chicken alfredo sub with grilled chicken, alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and sautéed mushrooms on hoagie.  $9

Pizza-rito- pepperoni, Italian sausage, pizza sauce, black olives, mozzarella, Parmesan, sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms in a burrito.  $9

Panko fried artichokes with a roasted garlic Italian dipping sauce.  $5

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5
