Menu till June 3rd..

Stellar Blue- chicken salad sandwich with smoked chicken, bacon, blue cheese, pears, walnuts, celery, scallions and grapes.  Topped with lettuce, tomatoes and drizzle of poppy seed dressing on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Boss Hog burrito- slow roasted pork, creamy sassy sauce, jalapeño honey lime coleslaw, cheddar and fried sweet potato strings in a burrito.  $9

Loafin around- handcrafted meatloaf, melted white sharp cheese, caramelized onions and tomato bacon jam on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

Kiss my grits- flatbread with cheesy corn grits, blackened shrimp and bacon braised greens.  $9

Siracha chicken salad- romaine tossed in handmade siracha ranch with grilled chicken,  pineapples, red onions, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, almonds and croutons.  $8

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $

Vanilla pudding with crushed Oreos and drizzle of chocolate sauce in deep fried egg roll. $2

Great balls of fire- handmade meatballs in a red wine marinara, with spicy peppers, melted mozzarella/Parmesan and drizzle of pesto on hoagie.  $9

The Brasco- chicken alfredo sub with grilled chicken, alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes and sautéed mushrooms on hoagie.  $9

Pizza-rito- pepperoni, Italian sausage, pizza sauce, black olives, mozzarella, Parmesan, sautéed green peppers, onions and mushrooms in a burrito.  $9
