Our menu till Feb 3rd..

Cuban- slow roasted pork, grilled ham, Swiss cheese, mustard, house
pickles, and jalapeño lime honey coleslaw on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

S&T burrito-  burrito stuffed with chorizo, grilled shrimp, Mexican rice, queso, lettuce, avocado, and hand pickled jalapeños.  $9

Mexican Philly-  beef roasted in Mexican spices, sautéed green peppers/onions, queso and house pickled jalapeños on a hoagie bun.  $9

*All the above served with Nacho cheese flavored hand cut tortilla chips*

Puffy tacos-  served with lettuce, queso fresco, cilantro, pickled red onion on a homemade tortilla fried until it “puffs” up.  Drizzled with avocado siracha cream sauce.
Carnitas (pork) or barbacoa beef 3 for $8, Shrimp 3 for $9

Fajita Salad- sautéed green peppers/onions, tomatoes, cilantro, corn, avocado, Monterey Jack, and tortilla strips, on top of romaine tossed in handmade salsa verde ranch. Chicken $8 Shrimp $9

Elote (Mexican street corn) corn fritters with a cilantro lime aioli for dipping.  $5

Truckin tots- handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce $5

Smokin rolls- smoked chicken, cilantro, corn, rice, pepper jack cheese rolled into deep fried spring rolls and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Oreo cheesecake egg roll drizzled with chocolate sauce.  $2
