‘Boss hog burrito’- slow roasted pork, creamy sassy sauce, jalapeño honey coleslaw, cheddar and fried sweet potato strings rolled into a huge burrito.  $9

‘Big-dilla’-  large quesadilla filled with roasted sweet potatoes, jalapeño corn popper salad, chorizo and Monterey Jack.  Drizzled with chipotle avocado creama.  $9

Fish tacos-  beer battered fish, fresh pineapple salsa, slaw mix with chipotle avocado creama on handmade tortilla. 3 for $9

Buffalo chicken tacos-  grilled chicken in a buffalo sauce, mozzarella, topped with blue cheese coleslaw on handmade tortilla.  3 for $8

Fajita salad-  sautéed peppers and onions, avocado, tomatoes, Monterey Jack, on top of romaine tossed in house made cilantro ranch with tortilla strips.  Grilled chicken $8 Shrimp $9

Homemade taco soup topped with cheddar and tortilla strips. – $4

Mexi-balls- Mexican rice and black beans rolled into crushed tortilla chips, then deep fried.  Served with queso for dipping.  $5

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

No bake cookie egg roll-  deep fried then garnished with chocolate sauce.  $2
