‘Gone Fishin’- southern fried catfish po boy with fresh tomatoes, sassy slaw, remoulade sauce, fried pickled okra on French bread. $9
‘The Big Easy’- blackened chicken with Alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and spring mix on ciabatta bun. $9
‘Bayou Boudy’- large link of boudin sausage with sautéed green peppers/onions, creole mustard, white sharp cheddar on a hoagie bun. $8

‘Kiss my grits’- cheesy corn grits on a flatbread, topped with blackened shrimp and bacon braised greens. $9

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5
Bananas Foster egg roll- bananas sautéed in sweet rum sauce then stuffed into egg roll, deep fried then garnished with whipping cream and pecans. $2
