‘Stellar Blue’- chicken salad sandwich with smoked chicken, bacon, blue cheese, walnuts, pears, celery, grapes and scallions. Then topped with lettuce, tomato and poppy seed drizzle on jalapeño cheddar bun. $9
‘Porky Mac’- slow roasted pork, grilled mac-n-cheese, hand pickled jalapeños, and tomato bacon jam on jalapeño cheddar bun. $9
‘Nacho Libre’ – Mexican spiced meatball sub topped with Monterey Jack/cheddar, tomatoes, lettuce, hand pickled jalapeños, scallions with a drizzle of chipotle cilantro crema. $9
All the above served with hand cut garlic and herb potato chips.

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5
Pumpkin cheesecake egg roll- pumpkin cheesecake filled inside an egg roll wrapper, deep fried then topped with whipped cream and pecans. $2
