‘Gone Fishin’- southern fried catfish po boy with fresh tomatoes, sassy slaw, remoulade sauce, fried pickled okra on French bread.  $9

‘The Big Easy’- blackened chicken with Alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and spring mix on ciabatta bun.  $9

‘Bayou Boudy’- large link of boudin sausage with sautéed green peppers/onions, creole mustard, white sharp cheddar on a hoagie bun.  $8

*All the above served with hand cut Cajun potato chips*

‘Kiss my grits’- cheesy corn grits on a flatbread, topped with blackened shrimp and bacon braised greens.  $9

‘Ragin’ Cajun salad’- corn, colored peppers, tomatoes, celery, red onions, pickled okra, croutons and Monterrey jack cheese, on romaine tossed in house made remoulade dressing.  Blackened chicken $8 Blackened shrimp $9

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Bananas Foster egg roll- bananas sautéed in sweet rum sauce then stuffed into egg roll, deep fried then garnished with whipping cream and pecans.  $2

‘Stellar Blue’-  chicken salad sandwich with smoked chicken, bacon, blue cheese, walnuts, pears, celery, grapes and scallions.  Then topped with lettuce, tomato and poppy seed drizzle on jalapeño cheddar bun. $9

‘Porky Mac’- slow roasted pork, grilled mac-n-cheese, hand pickled jalapeños, and tomato bacon jam on jalapeño cheddar bun.  $9

‘Nacho Libre’ – Mexican spiced meatball sub topped with Monterey Jack/cheddar, tomatoes, lettuce, hand pickled jalapeños, scallions with a drizzle of chipotle cilantro crema.  $9

All the above served with hand cut garlic and herb potato chips.

‘The Ruby’- flatbread with melted Swiss, corned beef, rye crumbles, house made kraut, homemade pickles, and 1000 island dressing $8

*For a salad, we can do the chicken salad on top of romaine tossed in poppy seed dressing with tomatoes.  $8
