“S&T burger’-  chorizo patty, grilled shrimp, topped with queso, avocado, and hand pickled jalapeños on a cheddar jalapeño bun. $9

‘The Cuban’-  slow roasted pork flavored with Mexican spices, grilled ham, melted Swiss, hand made pickles, mustard and jalapeño honey lime coleslaw on a cheddar jalapeño bun. $9

‘The Santana’-  chicken fajita sub, with grilled chicken, sautéed onions/peppers, cilantro, Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and chipotle avocado crema on French bread.  $9

*All the above served with fresh taco spiced tortilla chips*

Fish tacos-   Beer battered tilapia, pineapple salsa, slaw mix, and drizzled with avocado chipotle crema on handmade tortilla. $9 (3 tacos)

Mexican shrimp cocktail salad- romaine tossed in a Bloody Mary inspired dressing, celery, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, cucumbers, Monterey Jack cheese, pickled okra, bacon, tortilla strips and grilled shrimp.  $9

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce.  $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, corn, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions $5

Mexican cheesecake egg roll drizzled with dulce de leche.  $2
