Menu through April 15th!

It’s that time! Here’s the menu through April 15th.

‘Jalapeño popper burger’- 1/2 pound burger stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese, topped with bacon beer jam, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on ciabatta bun. $9

‘Siracha chicken sandwich’- grilled chicken with Siracha based glaze, pineapple salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and avocado on ciabatta bun. $9

‘Mexican Philly’- slow roasted beef, queso, sautéed onions/peppers, and pickled jalapeños on French bread.

*all the above served with handmade taco seasoned tortilla chips.

‘Puffy tacos’- handmade tortillas fried until they ‘puff’ up, with lettuce, queso fresca, cilantro, house pickled red onions, and avocado Siracha cream sauce. Carnitas or barbacoa beef $3 each or 3 for $8, grilled shrimp $4 or 3 for $10

Fajita salad- romaine lettuce tossed in house chipotle ranch, topped with sautéed onions/peppers, avocado, tomatoes and tortilla strips.
Grilled chicken $8 Grilled shrimp $9

‘Mexi balls’- Mexican rice and black beans rolled into balls, coated with crushed tortilla chips, then deep fried. Served with queso. $5

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions. Served with chef fry sauce. $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions. $5

Caramel apple pie egg roll- apple pie filling inside egg roll, deep fried then topped with caramel sauce and nuts. $2
