Here it is!  Last menu at The Quarry!  We will only be there Tuesday and Wednesday this week since we are doing Steel Horse Rally.  Then next week, usual schedule Tuesday through Friday.  😄

‘Whiskey Tango’- 1/2 pound burger with whiskey glaze, blue cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce and tomato on jalapeño cheese bun.  $9

‘Top Dawg’- 1/4 pound all beef hot dog, wrapped in bacon, with beer cheese sauce, house pickled jalapeños, caramelized onions, and mustard on a hoagie bun. $8

‘Asian Invasion’- Asian influenced meatball sub, topped with scallions, cilantro, house pickled carrots/jalapeños, Napa cabbage, and sprouts.  Then drizzled with siracha mayo, on a hoagie bun. $9

* all the above served with hand cut BBQ chips

Chicken-n-waffle salad-  fried buttermilk sassy chicken, waffle croutons, bacon, pecans, cheddar, and red onions on romaine tossed in a creamy maple vinaigrette.  $8

‘Kiss my grits’- cheesy corn grits, bacon braised collard greens and blackened shrimp on a flatbread.  $9

‘Truckin Tots’ – handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions.  Served with chef fry sauce.  $5

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy sweet soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Peanut butter cookie dough egg roll-  peanut butter cookie dough inside egg roll, deep fried then topped with chocolate sauce.  $2

It’s that time! Here’s the menu through April 15th.

‘Jalapeño popper burger’- 1/2 pound burger stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese, topped with bacon beer jam, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on ciabatta bun. $9

‘Siracha chicken sandwich’- grilled chicken with Siracha based glaze, pineapple salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and avocado on ciabatta bun. $9

‘Mexican Philly’- slow roasted beef, queso, sautéed onions/peppers, and pickled jalapeños on French bread.

*all the above served with handmade taco seasoned tortilla chips.

‘Puffy tacos’- handmade tortillas fried until they ‘puff’ up, with lettuce, queso fresca, cilantro, house pickled red onions, and avocado Siracha cream sauce. Carnitas or barbacoa beef $3 each or 3 for $8, grilled shrimp $4 or 3 for $10

Fajita salad- romaine lettuce tossed in house chipotle ranch, topped with sautéed onions/peppers, avocado, tomatoes and tortilla strips.

‘Mexi balls’- Mexican rice and black beans rolled into balls, coated with crushed tortilla chips, then deep fried. Served with queso. $5
