‘Hurricane Party’- muffaletta sandwich layered with prosciutto, salami, ham, provolone, swiss, spring mix and a olive giardiniera blend. $9
‘Gone Fishin’- southern fried catfish po boy with fresh tomatoes, sassy slaw, remoulade sauce and fried pickled okra. $9
‘The Big Easy’- blackened chicken topped with alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and spring mix on ciabatta bun. $9
*All the above comes with hand cut Cajun potato chips.

‘Kiss my grits’- cheesy corn grits on a flatbread, topped with blackened shrimp and bacon braised collard greens. $9

Blackened chicken salad with romaine, tomatoes, corn, celery, red onion, pickled okra, cheddar, then tossed in house made remoulade dressing and topped with creole croutons. $8

‘Smokin Rolls’- smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy soy sauce and scallions. $5
Bananas Foster egg roll- bananas sautéed in sweet rum sauce then stuffed into egg roll, deep fried, and garnished with vanilla bean whipping cream and pecans. $2
