Menu – 2-16 / TFN

Let’s keep the Mardi Gras party going and do some Cajun for the next two weeks!

‘Hurricane Party’- muffaletta sandwich layered with prosciutto, salami, ham, provolone, swiss, spring mix and a olive giardiniera blend.  $9

‘Gone Fishin’- southern fried catfish po boy with fresh tomatoes, sassy slaw, remoulade sauce and fried pickled okra.  $9

‘The Big Easy’- blackened chicken topped with alfredo sauce, sun dried tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms and spring mix on ciabatta bun. $9

*All the above comes with hand cut Cajun potato chips.

(Any of the sandwiches above can be turned into vegetarian with a blend of blackened grilled veggies instead of meat)

‘Kiss my grits’- cheesy corn grits on a flatbread, topped with blackened shrimp and bacon braised collard greens.  $9

Sausage and shrimp gumbo  $4

Blackened chicken salad with romaine, tomatoes, corn, celery, red onion, pickled okra, cheddar, then tossed in house made remoulade dressing and topped with creole croutons.  $8

‘Amaze balls’- deep fried red beans and rice balls served with remoulade.  $5

‘Truckin Tots’-  giant handmade tater tots stuffed with scallions and cheddar.  Served with chef fry sauce.  $5

‘Smokin Rolls’-  smoked chicken, cilantro, rice, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with spicy soy sauce and scallions.  $5

Bananas Foster egg roll-  bananas sautéed in sweet rum sauce then stuffed into egg roll, deep fried, and  garnished with vanilla bean whipping cream and pecans.  $2

New menu for the next two weeks, I’m calling this one the All American..amped up a few notches. 😄

‘The Morton’-  1/4 pound burger, layered with tomato bacon jam, homemade pimento cheese,lettuce, house made pickles, then topped with fried egg on Ciabatta bread.   $9

‘The Wat up Dog’- huge 1/4 pound all beef hot dog, with beer chili sauce, mustard, onions, hand pickled jalapeños, cheddar cheese and fried pickles on a hoagie bun.  $8

‘The Cheeses loves you’-  5 cheese grilled Mac n Cheese, peppered candied bacon, hand pickled jalapeños, and tomatoes on jalapeño bread.  $9

* All the above comes with shoestring hand cut french fries.

‘The Ruby’- flatbread topped with melted swiss, corned beef, rye crumbles, house made kraut and pickles then drizzled with thousand island.  $8

Grilled Caesar salad- romaine lightly grilled, with sun dried tomato Caesar  dressing, parmesan, and croutons.
