Menu: Jan. 12 – Jan. 29th

So stoked about the next two weeks menu!  It’s everyone’s fav…Mexican!
‘One Tequila’- grilled tequila lime chicken, melted Mexican cheeses, with avocado, lettuce and tomato on a ciabatta bun.  $9
‘The S&T burger’- chorizo patty, grilled shrimp, topped with queso sauce, avocado, and hand pickled jalapeños on ciabatta bun.  $9
‘The Cuban’-  carnita (slow roasted pork in Mexican spices), grilled ham, Swiss, house made pickles, mustard and jalapeño lime coleslaw on a ciabatta bun.  $9
* All sandwiches served with fresh made taco seasoned tortilla chips.
Tacos- served on handmade tortillas, with queso fresca cheese, cilantro, house pickled red onions, lettuce and avocado siracha cream sauce.
Carnita or shredded barbacoa beef $3 each or 3 for $8
Or grilled shrimp $4 or 3 for $10
Elote- fresh corn on the cob with Mexican seasonings and parm/feta cheeses.  $3
Mexican chop salad-  romaine lettuce, corn, avocado, black beans, tomatoes, mexican cheeses, red onion, black olives and tortilla strips with our house made chipotle ranch.
Chicken $8  Shrimp  $9
Chicken tortilla bisque- topped with Mexican cheeses, tortilla strips, and hand pickled jalapeños.  $4

‘Truckin tots-  handmade giant tater tots stuffed with cheddar and scallions served with chef fry sauce.  $5
‘Smokin rolls’-  smoked chicken, rice, corn, cilantro, and pepper jack cheese rolled into spring rolls then deep fried and drizzled with sweet and spicy soy $5
Mexican cheesecake egg roll-  Mexican cheesecake rolled into egg roll, deep fried then drizzled with dulce de leche.  $2

-“Great Balls of Fire”- Handmade meatballs in a red wine marinara, with spicy 3 pepper saute, then topped with melted mozzarella and drizzle of pesto on baquette. $9
-“Mama Mia Marsala”- Grilled chicken, melted mozzarella and parmesan, with sauteed mushrooms and marsala wine sauce on ciabatta. $9
-“Shrimp Scampi Po Boy”- Grilled shrimp, with spring mix, tomatoes, and parmesan then finished with a scampi sauce on a baquette. $9
* All sandwiches come with our handmade Parmesan garlic potato chips.
-“Tomato basil bisque in a seasoned toasted bread bowl, sprinkled with parmesan and pesto. $7

-“Italian Stallion”- Salad with pepperoncini, purple onions, kalamata olives, pepperoni, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella, artichokes, and pine nuts..tossed in a handcrafted creamy pesto dressing. $8
-“The Fred”- Flatbread with alfredo sauce, melted mozzarella, artichokes, tomatoes,then garnished with spring mix and ceasar drizzle. Chicken $8, Shrimp $9
